Step 3 — Foundation Session (60 min)
I learn about you, your stories, your intentions and where you are at. We map your patterns, goals, nervous system baseline, and what you want life to feel like. You’ll leave with a clear starting point—not a vague intention.
Step 4 — Your Program Begins
You’ll receive guided sessions + between-session practices & support so the work stays alive in real life.
