Wellness coaching, as Nikka offers it, is not about optimizing your life, fixing habits, or following a perfect plan.

It’s about creating a steady, alive relationship with yourself — one that supports emotional balance, physical vitality, mental clarity, and a sense of meaning in how you live.

Yes, this work often begins at the core — the place where your patterns, reactions, and sense of self were formed.


For many of us, that core was shaped early in life through relationships with parents, caregivers, and the environments we grew up in.

This is where we first learned what it means to feel safe, supported, seen — or to stay alert, responsible, disconnected, or self-reliant.
These early imprints don’t just live in memory; they shape how we relate to stress, relationships, health, creativity, rest, and direction in our lives today.

Rather than working around these patterns, this work gently meets them — with care, steadiness, and respect — so they no longer run the show.

At the same time, wellness here is not only about healing what was.
It’s also about how you live now:

  • how your nervous system handles daily stress

  • how present and comfortable you feel in your body
