Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nikka Alma Healing Arts, I value integrity, commitment, and clear communication. Please review the refund and cancellation policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking services.

General Policy

All services, programs, and sessions are non-refundable once purchased or booked. This policy is in place to honor the time, energy, and preparation invested in creating a safe and personalized experience for you.

Private Sessions (Online or In-Person)

You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered canceled.

3-Month Programs (e.g., Microdose-Assisted Art Therapy)

Once the program begins, there are no refunds.
If you need to reschedule individual sessions within the program, please give 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the session.
Payment plans are available, but installments must be completed regardless of participation status after the program begins.

Kambo & In-Person Ceremonies

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
The remaining balance is due before the ceremony begins.
If you cancel at least 5 days prior, your deposit can be transferred to a future date within 60 days.
Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance are non-transferable unless due to a verified medical emergency.

Retreats & Special Events

All deposits for retreats are non-refundable.
Full retreat payments are refundable minus the deposit if canceled at least 30 days prior to the start date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
You may transfer your spot to someone else if approved in advance.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand life is unpredictable. In the case of a serious illness, emergency, or unforeseen hardship, please reach out directly. While refunds are not guaranteed, I may offer session credit, rescheduling options, or partial transfer of payment at my discretion.
